How Vape & Smoke Shop Became a Franchise

Vape & Smoke Shop was founded in January 2013 with our first retail store, Brickell Smoke Shop, in Downtown Miami. The company found immediate success and grew to multiple locations throughout South Florida.

Our goal is to provide a one-stop shop for premium products in an atmosphere unlike any other — focused on quality products and excellent customer service. We carry over 5,000 products including hand-blown glass, cigars, premium e-liquids, vaporizers, hookahs, shisha tobacco, and smoking and vape accessories.

Training & Support

Comprehensive, Multi-Faceted Training

Vape & Smoke Shop provides franchisees with a comprehensive, multi-faceted training course. You and up to three additional people may attend training, which includes:

  • 20 hours of classroom training
  • 20 hours of on-the-job training at an established store
  • Two days of onsite opening assistance at your new location
  • Refresher courses throughout the year

As a franchisee, you remain in constant contact with your franchise representative for ongoing guidance on customer service, operations, accounting, marketing, and more.

What type of franchise is available?
Single franchises and area development agreements for operation of single or multiple retail locations within an exclusive territory.
How much training is provided?
Up to four people may attend a comprehensive training program that includes 20 hours of classroom training, 20 hours of on-the-job training at an established store, two days of onsite opening assistance at your new location, and refresher courses throughout the year.
What form of continuing support will I receive?
Constant contact with a franchise representative for ongoing guidance on customer service, operations, accounting, marketing, and any questions that arise along the way.
Will I have an exclusive territory?
Yes — each franchisee is given a designated zone. No other Vape & Smoke Shop locations are allowed to operate within a 5-mile radius or population density of 50,000 people, whichever is lesser.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
Ten years, followed by two consecutive renewable terms of five years each.
